Senior Expertise. Personal Attention.
SBHC was founded on a simple idea: clients shouldn't have to choose between senior-level strategic counsel and the hands-on support needed to get the work done.
We partner directly with clinical development and medical affairs teams from early strategy through execution — understanding the scientific and business objectives, asking the right questions, anticipating challenges and staying closely involved through every stage of the program.
Led by Sharoni Billik, SBHC brings more than 20 years of stakeholder engagement experience to every project, supported by experienced team members who provide content, project management and logistical support as needed. This flexible model combines the senior attention and responsiveness of a boutique consultancy with the resources required to execute complex engagements.

About Sharoni
Sharoni Billik is the Founder and Managing Director of SBHC, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare communications and strategic KOL and investigator engagement.
Since founding SBHC in 2016, she has partnered with clinical development and medical affairs teams to develop and execute advisory boards, investigator meetings, scientific roundtables, steering committees and other strategic KOL initiatives across therapeutic areas and stages of development.
Sharoni holds a BS in Physiology & Neuroscience from UC San Diego, a Master of Bioscience from Keck Graduate Institute, and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management.
